ENGLISH LISTENING SKILLS COURSES
Brays Listening Courses quickly improve your English Listening Skills with three EFL/ESL courses offering listening and reading skills practice at all levels from elementary to advanced.
Why a ESL listening course?
There are many different reasons for learning a language and many different ways of doing it. But - if you want to communicate orally then you need to understand what the other person is saying. If you want to speak English fluently then you need a very advanced English listening comprehension level.
The better your listening ability the easier it is to speak. Think of a sponge. Put a little water on the sponge and you need to squeeze hard to get the water out. Fill the sponge with water and it flows out easily. The more you listen and understand the easier it is for words to flow out of your “sponge”.

Obviously: if you find the extracts difficult move down a unit, level (eg. from A2 to A1). Likewise: if you find the extracts easy to understand move up a level or move up to the next course.
How many hours should I spend on the Listening Course?
This depends on your aim and how quickly you want to achieve it? The more hours you spend doing listening activities the better you become.
If you spend a 100 hours on a level then with two hours a week you should master a level in a year. With 2 hours a day you could master all the levels in a year.
