Script (guión): Phrasal verbs, ‘Make up‘ which has three meanings.
Meaning One: To stop being angry with somebody. My parents are always fighting, arguing but they always make up shortly afterwards so it's ok.
Meaning Two: Put on cosmetics. Last night before we went out my girlfriend went upstairs, my girlfriend, to the bathroom to make up her face. She took ages.
Meaning Three: To invent a story. I was late for work again today so I made up an excuse: that I'd been locked in my flat.
