Script (guión): Idioms, ‘belly up’. If things go belly up they go badly wrong. For example, I had a friend who was making a horror film called ‘Blood Mountain’ so I decided to go down to the set and see how they were getting on with filming. I got there and my friend looked distressed and I said, ‘What's wrong?’
He said, ‘Ah, it's all gone belly up.’
I said, ‘What, what happened?’
He said, ‘Well I ordered 5 gallons of fake blood, but there was a leak in the tank, so it has all leaked all over the car park, so we might need to change the name of the film to ‘Blood Car Park!’
